Conspiracy theorists claim the world will end TODAY after ‘receiving mysterious voicemail’

GET ready to tremble in fear – it’s the end of the world as we know it (yet again).

Apparently the apocalypse is nigh once more, well according to conspiracy theorists that are well protected in their tin-foil hats.

Doing the rounds recently is a voicemail which contains a bizarre automated message: “This is not a test, this is not a joke.

“Over the past several years we have been wanting to send an automated voice message to people who understand and are not afraid.

“One message at a time will make many know the truth. The truth that other biological beings have been walking the supreme creation that sustains life: Earth.

“But as chaos comes to your planet we must show ourselves to prove that there are different ways to keep peace.

“Many do not agree with what we say, so they may hunt us down.

“We will make ourselves known to the best of our utmost capabilities.

“Clear your airspace for safe consequences.”

For some, this message indicates that the world is going to end today, which is a great shame as the sun has finally come out today for the first time in ages.

The rumour is just the latest quack claim of looming global destruction, Armageddon, the end of the world… Call it what you want.

But don’t worry, it seems you’ll be safe for at least another week when a non-existent planet called Nibiru is said to smash into Earth destroying all life – well, if you believe that sort of thing.

Nick Pope, a former MoD UFO investigator, tweeted: “The world isn’t going to end on April 18 (the creepy voicemail hoax) or April 23 (the Rapture/Nibiru hoax).

“There’s no solid evidence or good science to support this nonsense, and the dates will pass (like the dates in all previous predictions of Armageddon) without incident.”
