Alien conspiracy theorists go nuts over bizarre ‘flying saucer’ seen spinning above Mexican town

A MYSTERIOUS object shaped like a flying saucer has become a social media sensation after being filmed flying over a Mexican town.

Stunned eyewitnesses filmed the bizarre shape which appeared to be moving slowly in the clouds over the small town of Progreso de Madero in southern Mexico.

But the footage has divided online users with some viewers claiming the video is a hoax and others saying the shape is a weather-related phenomenon.

One local man in the video can be heard speculating that the huge black ring is a UFO.

One woman asks: “What is that?”, and the man replies: “A flying saucer?”

Another woman can be heard saying: “It’s a rain formation”, to which the man replies: “No, it’s not, it’s a black wheel.”

The bizarre object, which eventually vanished, has caused rampant speculation online.

Social media user Alejandro Lopez Robles was convinced he had seen something otherworldly, commenting: “It’s a flying saucer.”

But fellow viewer Xavior BurnsRed believed the video showed a “whirlwind.”

Earlier this week, footage emerged showing what conspiracy theorists believe was a UFO which disappeared inside another spacecraft before they both vanish.

The odd footage has been circulating in Russia’s diamond-rich Yakutia region, but its exact origin and location are unclear.

A man known only as Semyon, who posed the weird footage, claimed: “An unidentified flying object was seen floating above houses.

“It had many lights, and also a vapour trail.
