UFO base lurking beneath bizarre ‘floating eye island’, alien hunters claim

A UFO spotter has claimed a massive alien base is lurking beneath a mysterious “rotating island” spotted on Google Maps.

The picture below comes from Google Maps and shows the weird isle, which is located in Argentina.

It’s claimed the bizarre, artificial-looking island moves around the small lake, prompting wild speculation about what could be hidden beneath.

On the website UFO Sightings Daily, Scott C Waring wrote: “A floating island has been found not far from Buenos Aires, Argentina on Google Map and it rotates in a circle.

“Argentina has an over abundance of UFO sightings compared to the rest of the world and I believer this is how aliens try to hide this particular entrance to their base.

“The shape is large and circular, big enough to fit a 100 metre UFO through it. The water below this floating island needs to be dove into and explored.”

Luckily for Scott and the rest of us, a team of researchers are planning to explore the weird island and have started a Kickstarter campaign to raise funds for their trip.

On the website Ancient Code, one paranormal investigator claimed: “The truth is that if we look back at the historical records of Google Earth we will find that ‘The Eye’ has been visible on satellite images for over a decade and has apparently always moved in a mysterious way as if it were seeking attention from anyone looking from above.
